College Age Boys and Girls only
College Athlete Performance Training Program
College Athlete Performance Training Program designed for current and returning athletes who are back for the holidays. We will focus on higher intensity strength and conditioning methods that will include Plyometrics, Olympic Weight lifting variations and lower and upper body strength. Prehab exercises will also be included to help reduce the chances of injury.
Open to all college volleyball athletes (both incoming college freshman and returning players back for the holidays).
60 min sessions.
The fee to participate is $200 and will include 10 hours of strength and conditioning methods that include plyometrics with experienced collegiate level trainer, Davidson Wong.
