Boys Middle Hitter Clinic

Calling all Freshman through Seniors,
MVVC will be hosting a 2022 Middle Hitter Clinic with Chase and Conrad will contain drills that not only help middles be better middles, but better all-around players. Concepts in hand passing, serving, and left-back defense will be taught to build a more well-rounded middle blocker. Setters are encouraged to join for extra reps, as we will need a few to run hitting and blocking drills. Routes and blocking schemes all the way down to how we warm up will be covered in the timeframe.
