As the Girls Club Director, Mike focuses on supporting the girl’s program’s coaches and players. As a founder of MVVC, he is directly involved with all aspects of MVVC.

- San Jose Mercury Coach of the Year 3 times (2015, 2012, 2008)
- CCS Honor Coach 2x (boy’s 2008, girl’s 2017)
- Bronze Medal at BJNC 2004
- Coached over 80 NCAA collegiate players
